Community basement parking lot
The main purpose of community replacement is:
1. There are also traditional fluorescent lamps - poor power consumption efficiency
2. The lamp holder is old - poor contact or the lamp has fallen off
3. Improve the brightness of community basements
4. Avoid turning on the lights and then turning them off
When traditional lamp holders are replaced with LED lamp tubes, the lamp legs at both ends of the lamp holder are still too loose due to long-term use and are prone to falling due to earthquakes.
The community hopes to make the basement brighter on average, so it adopts the method of replacing 6 tiles at designated locations. The construction plan is drawn up based on the needs of both parties to facilitate communication.
B1~B2 basement lighting project, replacing old lamp holders and lamps in total: 34 lamps, 19 lamps in the driveway, 14 in the car compartment, and 1 lamp at the elevator entrance.
The entire area uses 6~18 watt, high-brightness radar sensor lights.
No.3 lamp displacement is fixed on the screws
No.5 light is moved to the B1 locomotive area
No.6 lamp is moved under the water pipe rack on the driveway
Other lamps should be replaced according to the location specified by the owner. (Refer to Appendix A2)
To save as much electricity as possible without causing darkness, location allocation is very important and affects the budget and future electricity bills.
After community contract review, construction will be arranged on site!!
Since the community is designed with non-standard two-lane vehicles and the number of vehicle bays cannot be implemented in layers,
Residents in the community are requested to move all vehicles outdoors for temporary parking during the construction period to avoid falling objects or interference during construction.

After construction, it was discovered that every lamp needed to be knocked. In the early installation of this community, gunpowder guns were used again...
Each lamp holder needs to be removed with tools. If the site is not cleared, it will be difficult to deal with if screws or gravel fall down and injure the car.
(In advance, according to the requirements of the residents, specific car compartments can be constructed first, and the driveway can be constructed last.)
The chairman made the announcement very carefully. Residents should drive out their vehicles at the right time. Some personnel can move their vehicles by notifying them.
Start the work and count the removed lamp tubes and lamp holders together.
Hand over the dismantled lamp holders and store them in the recycling area of the community.
Remove the lamps and bulbs that can be used normally and store them in the guard room.
Then conduct the illumination test

The lighting configuration of each community may not be consistent with the use of induction lamps.
The first thing to replace in the basement is the driveway, which can be controlled by a switch on the wall.
However, the vehicle grid and the lane cannot be controlled by a single control. It is recommended that the lane be 6j~18 watts and the vehicle grid be 0 watt~18 watts.
Keep power consumption to a minimum and provide enough brightness so that residents can use it with peace of mind.
