This article introduces the customization and on-site modification of LED lamps
The original lamp uses a high-power LED aluminum plate with a tape-filled lens back on the front and enhanced heat dissipation of the lamp.
After disassembly and analysis, we provide customers with a solution that can maintain the original effect and enable subsequent self-maintenance.
After many discussions and confirmation of the plan, samples were produced, temperature and other data were measured, and installation was arranged for on-site testing.

After on-site testing and confirmation of effect and brightness, production and construction plans will be arranged.
The process is as follows:
After removing the old lamp
1. Separate the light strip inside the lamp: wait for disassembly and take out the heat sink fins
1.1 Disassemble the light bar to remove the heat sink: Use a tool and alcohol to separate the heat sink fins from the aluminum groove.
1.2 Scrape off the heat dissipation glue: Scrape off the remaining glue on the front of the separated heat sink to make the light bar fixed and flat for better heat dissipation and longer life.
1.3 Attach the light strip: Attach the light strip to the front of the heat sink, apply pressure and wrap tape around the relative position.
2. Separate the power supply inside the lamp: After separation, wait for the lamp to be drilled
2.1 Install a fixing piece inside the lamp: The original lamp power supply is bonded with glue. Long-term use may cause the power supply to fall on the lamp cover. Reinforcement makes subsequent replacement easier.
2.2 Fix the power supply in the lamp: Fix the old power supply back into the lamp and add a quick connector
After the above details are completed, the assembly operation begins:
3. Place the light strip in the lamp: Fix the LED lamp containing the heat sink fins back to the original position.
3.1 Wiring inside the lamp: Connect the power quick connector to the lamp, arrange the wiring and fix the wiring harness.
After completion, reinstall the lamp and add a quick connector to the AC circuit of the lamp.
